Pool Swim and/or Run
Sunday March 10, 17, 31 from 8-9:30 (swim) & ~ 10am (run)
Etobicoke Olympium (590 Rathburn Rd, Etobicoke, M9C 3T3)
Get ready for your races with group swim sessions!
Each swim session includes:
20-30min for drills and skills (including OW skills like sighting and drafting)
45-60 minute main set catered to your own ability
Optional underwater swim filming (+$10+HST) and follow up analysis (+$40+HST).
Ability: Should be able to swim 400m continuously
Self supported run to follow at your own pace
Route will be provided (indoor track available on site)

How to ascend/switch gears and descend with confidence
