Youth Triathlon Program
Triathlon is an excellent sport for all ages, that involves more than just swim, bike and run. You learn skills that provide fitness for life!
This program is geared toward youth from the ages of 13-23 years old to encourage participation in activity and an introduction to the sport of triathlon. Come join the fun! Learn new skills, challenge yourself and meet new, friends along the way! Coach Brenda will be leading the Youth Program. Read more about Coach Brenda here. Fees: $75+HST per month

Swim Skill Development
Sunday March 10, 17, 31 from 8-9:30am
Etobicoke Olympium (590 Rathburn Rd, Etobicoke, M9C 3T3)
Coach Brenda will spend 30-45min on drills, technique and stroke correction
Then she will work through a skill or endurance focused event
Ability: Should be able to swim 100m without stopping
Fees: Free for TPW Club Members

Bike Skills

Learn some key skills:
Water bottle grabbing and eating while moving
How to get comfortable cornering, passing
How to ascend/switch gears and descend with confidence
Optional: tire changing demo and practice to follow
Fees: Free for TPW Club Members
